This extensive and individual Grade 2 terrace property has suffered severe damage to both its stone and timber structures. The property will be undergoing a series of planned interventions to re-build, re-model and replace damaged structure t breath a new life into the property.

This lovely Italianate Grade 2 listed villa has been converted to a wedding venue. This required careful restoration of the main house. The listed Coach House to the rear was renovated and extended to form a reception area, bar/hospitality area and new contemporary function room with an architectural expressed cable stayed roof. The venue has the capacity for seating up to 150 guests.

Between 1805 and 1808, the British government built small artillery forts known as ‘Martello Towers’ along the south-east coast between Folkestone and Seaford. Their purpose was to defend the most vulnerable coastal areas against the expected invasion by the French army of Napoleon Bonaparte. Dymchurch Martello Tower 25 is a fine example of this type of building is Garde 2 listed and has been extended and converted into a 4-bedroom dwelling.
